Hi, I am Robert G. Brown, author at truthliesdecision.com. I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. I have become powerless over drugs and alcohol and I want to be able to manage my own life. So, I came here to believe in power greater than myself and It could restore me to sanity. Then I turned my life and will over to the care of God, as we understood Him. I am admitting to God, and to you, thinking it is okay without knowing, is the exact nature of my wrongs. I have read The Holy Bible, Carlos Castaneda, various Neo-tech Manuscripts, and A Course in Miracles, so I believe I am entirely ready for you God to remove all these defects of character. I am humbly asking Him to remove our shortcomings. I make amends wherever possible without risking harm. I continue to look at myself and within myself, so If I am wrong, I will promptly admit it. I pray to you God to be with you God, as we understood Him, so I may know your will for me, so I might carry it out. Having a spiritual awakening because of these steps, I try to will carry Its message in all my affairs, for the sake of alcoholics and drug addicts, until we are not sick and suffering.
